With Its Key Responsibility of Youth Support and Development, Zain Bahrain Backs Motorbike Trip to Kuwait

With a keen sense of fun and adventure and as part of an essential Zain Belonging value between all Zain OPCOS, Zain Bahrain has backed an adventure trip of the Bahrain Motorcycle Club (BMC) whose 8-member team will leave for a road trip from Bahrain to Kuwait on Thursday, October 9, 2008. This sponsorship supports youth development which is a main attribute of Zain Bahrain’s focus on backing-up the development of youth through sport activities. As Zain Bahrain being the sponsor of the BMC's Kuwait adventure, Zain Kuwait’s Headquarter will receive the bikers from Bahrain followed by lunch and host a motorbike show next to Zain Kuwait’s Headquarter. "Our team of eight members riding on a selection of various brands such as Harley Davidson, Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki, have a rich background in such adventures and we are really thankful to Zain Bahrain for revving up our spirits with this sponsorship," said Mr. Ali Fairouz, Marketing and PR of the BMC. Zain Bahrain's Corporate Communications Manager Samya Hussain said, "Empowering young people to explore their talent and nurturing their spirit of adventure has always been a core CSR commitment at Zain Bahrain. Moreover, this trip will take the message of friendship from Bahrain to Kuwait and we are happy that our sponsorship will serve the dual purpose of promoting adventure and regional friendship." The group returns to Bahrain on October 11. Also, Zain Bahrain will sponsor another motorbike trip organized by the BMC in November.
