In a gesture that underscores its year-round program to help charity groups to support life for children with disabilities, Zain Bahrain has donated BD 3000 to Prince Sultan Bin AbdulAziz's Center for Hearing and Speech. The donation came from funds collected through an innovative Ramadan SMS donations campaign. Zain Bahrain has encouraged its customers to donate to charity using an SMS message service. "The Ramadan SMS donation campaign is one of our interactive charity programs and its beauty lies in the fact that every customer can contribute and make a difference to the community," explained Corporate Communications Manager Samya Hussain, "We got enthusiastic response to the campaign, since one of our core CSR objectives is to assist people and children with disabilities and support their life, as Prince Sultan Bin AbdulAziz's Center for Hearing and Speech was selected as a recipient.
